24 Baroni Craft Brewery

The 24 Baroni Craft Brewery is a new and dynamic Sicilian reality, (the only brewery in the province of Enna) in the context of the production of craft beers. It rises in a marvelous hilly area in Nicosia, a small municipality of the Nebrodi, in the Sicilian hinterland, in the past it enjoyed a certain well-being that it derived mainly from the production of wheat and other cereals.
Following the traditional methods of high fermentation and re-fermentation in the bottle, our beer is produced using malted cereals, fine hops produced in part on our farm and selected yeasts.
in beer experience, in which we understood the fundamental role that water has in the production of craft beers. Fortunately, we can boast an untreated spring water that has nothing to envy to the famous Alpine mineral waters.
All beers are: unpasteurized, unfiltered and refermented in the bottle, without preservatives and chemical stabilizers but only natural ingredients. After the first slow maturation fermentation which takes place in steel vats at controlled temperature, the beer is bottled, and there the second fermentation takes place for the second fermentation, giving constantly evolving aromas and flavors, which is why on the bottom of the bottles a very small residue of yeast is always visible.
Our Brewery is attentive to the environment in fact the energy that is used for production comes directly from renewable sources.
