In Sicily, the preparation of the sauce is an ancient tradition, a big party in which the whole family takes part. When "making bottles", as they say in Sicily, there are times, roles and rules to respect.
But above all there is Passion, Love, and the whole Family, because homemade sauce has a completely different flavor. Hybla has remained faithful to the traditions of the past. The tomatoes we use are hand-picked, carefully selected and boiled, sieved and decanted into bottles. With us, pasteurization is carried out in a water bath, a much more delicate process than the industrial one, as the aroma, flavor and all substances present in the tomato are preserved unaltered.
By working small quantities and following a purely artisanal method, we are able to prepare and offer on the market genuine sauces and preserves, as homemade, very far from industrial products. Ours are homemade products, made with local and natural ingredients.
